- All orders within the United States are shipped via UPS from 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
- All orders require a signature upon receipt.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- Insurance: Raffi Online insures each purchase from the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
Making a return is easy by contacting us online for a return authorization number within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number.
- All returns are to be registered with our returns department.
- Returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization number.
- A return authorization number is issued solely as a preliminary return management measure.
- A return authorization number does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged or otherwise not in the original condition.
- All returns must be returned new, unused, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
- All exchanges request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item in order for an exchange request to be processed.
- Due to the select nature of our merchandise, Raffi Online regrets that we cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise for exchanges.
- Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Once your package has been received at Raffi Online, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer care immediately.
