Returns

You should love what you wear!

Raffi offers returns on full price merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed with the original tags attached. Full-priced items may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment. We only accept even exchanges.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Damaged merchandise or merchandise returned without the original tag may not qualify for a refund.
• Please note we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for purchases made from a retail store.
• There will be a $6.00 restocking fee for returned items.
• Raffi reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.
• Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
• Please make sure you order your correct size. It is not our responsibility to confirm your size order. 

*In addition, our extended holiday return policy is now in effect—any items purchased between November 20^th and December 24^th can be returned until January 8^th. Product must be unworn and unwashed, with the hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.  Orders placed on/after December 25^th will qualify for our standard 14-day return window.
